Today is a world kindness day – a great day to think about how kind we are as leaders. Let’s start with definition of kindness: Being kind means acting with genuine care, empathy, and respect toward others. It’s more than just being polite or nice; kindness involves making a conscious choice to prioritize others' well-being, often without expecting anything in return.
